xml PRICAT (Price/Sales Catalogue)

The PRICAT message enable the transmission of information regarding pricing and catalogue details for goods and services offered by a seller to a buyer.

General usage

- The Price/Sales Catalogue message indicates descriptive, logistic and pricing information by individual product.
- Depending on the agreement between trading partners, the message might indicate only general information about the products, valid for all customers.
- The message can be used to provide a specific customer with information regarding prices and special conditions.
- Product information can be provided as a complete listing of all supplier's products or as an advance warning of particular changes.
- The Price/Sales Catalogue message can also be used by suppliers to feed a central catalogue of products, making the information available to all interested parties.

xml ORDERS (Order)

The ORDERS message provides the ability for a buyer to order specified quantities of goods and services from a seller under conditions agreed between the seller and the buyer.

General usage

- A buyer may order for one or more goods items or services.
- A purchase order may refer to goods items or services related to one or more delivery schedules, call-offs, etc.
- A purchase order for cross-border transactions may contain additional information for customs and/or statistical purposes.
- A purchase order may contain details for transport and destination as well as delivery patterns.

The ORDRSP message responding to a Order message or a Order Change Request message under conditions agreed between the supplier and the buyer.

General usage

- A seller may respond for one or more goods items or services.
- The response may be for a Purchase order or a Purchase order change request
- An acknowledgment of receipt and understanding of data, confirmation of acceptance,

The DESADV message specifying details for goods despatched or ready for despatch under agreed conditions.

General usage

- The message relates to one seller and one buyer or their respective agents.
- The message relates to a single despatch point and single or multiple destination points. It may cover a number of different items or packages.
- It allows the recipient to know when the material has been despatched or will be ready

xml INVOIC (Invoice)

The INVOIC message claiming payment for goods or services supplied under conditions agreed between the seller and the buyer.

General usage

- A seller may invoice for one or more transactions
- An invoice may refer to goods, items or services related to one or more orders, delivery instructions, call-offs, etc.
- An invoice may contain references to payment terms

xml ORDCHG (Order Change)

The ORDCHG message specifying details of the buyer's request to change a purchase order.

General usage

- A buyer may request to change, or eventually cancel one or more goods items or services.
- A purchase order change request may refer to goods items or services related to one or more delivery schedules, call-offs, etc.
- A purchase order change request may contain details for transport and destination as well as delivery patterns.

xml SLSRPT (Sales Report)

The SLSRPT message intent is to provide sales information for one or more locations for a series of products within a specified time period.

General usage

- The message is transmitted either from a seller to its supplier or from a headquarters, coordination or distribution centre to a manufacturer, supplier or a third party for statistical analysis.
- It allows the recipient to know for a specific product, for example the Location of the sale, Period in which it was sold, Product selling price, quantity and value of the sales etc.

xml INVRPT (Inventory Report)

The INVRPT message intent is to exchange information related to inventories of raw materials, manufactured articles, or other stockable items, and can be exchanged between a manufacturer and distributor (wholesaler), or manufacturer and consignment holder, etc.

General usage

- The message includes functionality to differentiate classes of inventory, and to permit financial valuation of inventories facilitating price protection claims, auditing, statutory declarations, etc.
- The specified quantities relating to a product can indicate opening stock, closing stock, and goods movement (receipts or withdrawals) of held inventory, for a given time frame.
- The specified quantities can relate directly to a product or package, and may be sub-detailed within different groups or classes, e.g., batch, age, valuation, location, etc.

xml RECADV (Receiving Advice)

The RECADV message address the business needs related to the goods receipt.

General usage

- The message is used to report the physical receipt of goods.
- The message allows for the reporting of discrepancies in products, quantities, terms, packages, etc.
- The message may contain only the information that the received consignment is completely in line with the consignment information given in the Despatch advice message.

xml RELOCA (Relocation Of Goods)

The RELOCA message is a communication between trading partners and it is used for the relocation of goods between locations.

General usage

- Includes total number of stock-keeping units (SKUs) that are currently being shipped from one location to another.
- The quantity in transit data for a given load can be used to forecast delivery schedules.

xml REMADV (Remittance Advice)

The REMADV message is a communication between trading partners, e.g. seller, buyer, financial institutions, which provides a detailed accounting relative to a payment, or other form of financial settlement, for the provision of goods and/or services as detailed in the advice.

General usage

- A Remittance Advice is a notice of a payment to be made.
- A Remittance Advice may cover one or more commercial trade transactions (and related financial transactions), such as invoices, credit notes, debit notes, etc.
- A Remittance Advice may include a cross reference to a Payment Order.

General usage

- The message includes functionality to add images and other media for a series of products.
- The images is used for enrichment of your Product Master Data

The QUOTES is used by Suppliers to give their retailers an updated list of prices for their selection

General usage


- A supplier may use this message to quickly change the prices display at an online marketplace that sells their products.

 - It can also be used to inform their retailers what prices are in effect for a specific time period.
