(Item/Line): Due Dilligence Statement Reference

A "due diligence statement reference" is a unique ID assigned to a formally submitted statement under regulations (EUDR). It is a confirmation number received after submitting a Due Diligence Statement (DDS) and is used to reference the statement for customs declarations or other supply chain entries. The reference number is generated and provided by the official information system used to submit the DDS, such as the EU's TRACES NT.
